CarePump Sport series: portable lymphatic drainage for recovery

The Sport series is designed for athletes, coaches and sports physiotherapists. The Move units are light, battery powered and come with a backpack, so you can do a recovery session at a training camp, at a competition or straight after training, even outdoors.

Lymphatic drainage for sport

Lymphatic drainage is a form of active recovery combined with relaxation. According to CarePump, it can help:

• reduce muscle pain, tension and fatigue after hard training or competition
• speed up recovery
• give a feeling of light legs
• reduce swelling
• support relaxation

It can be done daily, which makes it useful during training camps and at the peak of the season.
