We adhere to a stringent policy concerning returns and refunds for all Overberg Medical products and consumables.

Warranty of Quality and Replacements

In accordance with s56 (read with s55) of the CPA, all Overberg Medical goods sold to consumers come with a standard manufacturing warranty, ensuring that:

  1. Goods are reasonably suitable for their intended purpose.
  2. Goods are of high quality, free of defects, and in optimal working condition.
  3. Goods will exhibit durability and usability for a reasonable period.

A product will not be considered defective, and the customer will not be eligible for replacement, refund, or credit under the general warranty if:

  1. The faults or damage result from normal wear and tear.
  2. Damage arises from incorrect usage or improper storage of the product.
  3. Product performance or discrepancies in results stem from user error or failure to consistently adhere to correct testing procedures.

If the product is determined NOT to be defective and is commercially acceptable, or if user error is identified as the reason for results discrepancy, you will NOT be entitled to repair or replacement. Instead, you will be responsible for the costs associated with returning the product to Overberg Medical, as well as the costs of redelivering the product back to you.

The decision to repair, replace, or credit goods for a customer remains at the discretion of Overberg Medical.

Overberg Medical’s liability is limited to the manufacturing warranty of our products. Please ensure to verify the warranty period of your product upon your initial purchase.
