Shipping & Delivery Policy
We deliver CPAP, oxygen therapy, lymphatic drainage and home care equipment anywhere in South Africa, from our base at Hermanus Medical Center in the Western Cape.

1. Delivery options and costs

*Delivery times are estimates in business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) and start once your order has been dispatched. Rural and outlying areas can take longer.
The delivery options and prices available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay. Free delivery applies automatically to orders of R2,000 or more.
2. Order processing and dispatch
- Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.
- In-stock items are packed and dispatched from Hermanus. You will receive an email when your order ships, with tracking details where available.
- Items on backorder are dispatched as soon as stock arrives. We will contact you with an expected date, and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay does not suit you.
- Quote-only equipment is delivered according to the delivery terms on your written quote.
3. Large and heavy equipment
Some items, such as stationary oxygen concentrators, patient lifts, mobility equipment and pressure mattresses, may need a specialised courier or delivery by arrangement. If so, we will contact you to agree the delivery method, cost and date before dispatch.
4. Tracking your order
Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or visit our order tracking page. PUDO orders also receive SMS updates with your locker collection code.
5. Receiving your order
- Someone must be available to receive door-to-door deliveries. The courier may ask for ID or a signature.
- Please check your parcel on arrival. If anything is damaged, incorrect or missing, tell us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours, at info@omed.co.za with photos, so we can claim from the courier. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
- PUDO parcels must be collected from the locker within the time stated in your SMS, or they may be returned to us.
6. Collection in Hermanus
You can collect your order free of charge, by appointment, from Overberg Medical Supplies, Suite 15, Hermanus Medical Center, Hermanus, 7200. Choose “Local pickup” at checkout and we will contact you when it is ready.
7. Where we deliver
We currently deliver within South Africa only. For deliveries to neighbouring countries, please contact us for a quote.
